Kayaking in Kotor

Kayaking in Kotor, Montenegro

Kayaking is one of the low-impact aerobic activities that most of us can do. It requires no time to learn. No license is needed. It's allowed in most continental and ocean waters.

Apart from working your arms, legs, back, and core, this mind-free activity will get you a decent amount of vitamin D.
