🏝️ The perfect place to get away 🏝️

Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the hallway. To your right are the two staircases and a kitchen.
The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, ceramic stove, and a kitchen table with at least four chairs, which can also be used as a laptop workspace. Please note that there is no washing machine in the apartment. However, guests can use the nearby self-service laundry or request our laundry service for an additional fee.
There is a bathroom next to the kitchen that also serves as a toilet. The bathroom has two walk-in showers and two raised toilets. The shower battery allows you to choose from various water simulations, including rain, waterfall, massage, and stream. Essential amenities such as towels, bed linens, soap, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180cm x 200cm, and one cozy single-bed bedroom with a bed measuring 90cm x 200cm. Thoughtfully placed on each side of the beds are two convenient nightstands with night lamps and wall sockets for charging electronic devices. Ample storage space is provided in each bedroom with a wardrobe for guests' belongings. To enhance comfort and ambiance, guests can customize the lighting with various options available.
In the center of the apartment is the living room. There are two sofas that can be unfolded to accommodate two more people each. A flat-screen HD TV, with additional speakers and a DVD player, is situated on a living room counter. Air conditioning is also available in the living room.

The apartment offers complimentary WiFi access.
The apartment's heating system is an automatic heat pump that maintains a constant temperature of 55 degrees Celsius for shower water and 22 degrees Celsius for the apartment. If you require different temperatures, please let us know in advance so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
To access the apartment, you must pass through a parking gate. Once it opens, you may park your car in the apartment's designated parking space, conveniently located in front of the entrance.

Kindly note that pets and smoking are strictly prohibited within the apartment.

The old town is just a short and enjoyable 10-15 minute walk away, along the scenic Ljubljanica River. As you stroll, you'll be captivated by the majestic castle perched atop the hill before you. Our neighborhood is peaceful, and secure, and offers an authentic local experience.

For your convenience, two supermarkets are conveniently located just across the street. There’s even more, the cafeteria and other businesses such as hairdressers, yoga studios, fitness centers, dance studios, and the Kodeljevo sport center with a swimming pool.

Due to the recent discovery of fraudulent reservations, we have made some necessary adjustments to our policies.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once your payment has been processed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation from us. For a faster payment confirmation, please send us a confirmation of the payment made to the company's transaction account.

Kindly be informed that we do not accept cash payments, except for the tourist tax, which must be settled in cash upon arrival. For the remaining balance, we kindly request that you make a bank transfer before your arrival. Please contact us and our team will help you with the reservation.

🚫 Cancellation Policies 🚫

Full Refund 💰💸
1.) Reservations 30 days or more in advance.
Please be advised that cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation will be eligible for a full refund, minus the administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.
2.) Reservations in 15 days and up to 30 days in advance.
The guest is granted a 24-hour window to cancel their reservation. During this period, they may cancel the reservation and receive 80% back of the reservation.
3.) Special circumstances.
In the event of death, illness, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund, minus any administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.

No Refund 🚫
1.) Reservations made within a 14-day window are non-refundable.
2.) Insufficient and fraudulent documentation will result in the denial of a refund.
3.) Storytelling, complaints, attitude, and other nonsense as a way of cancellation on the site will result in no refund.

Getting 🚗 Arround ✈️.

City Bus:

There is a bus stop approximately 20 meters away. It is the bus stop for bus numbers 5, 13, and N05. Bus number 13 arrives and departs every 15 minutes. If you travel toward the city center, its last stop would be the sports center Arena Stožice. Bus number 5 arrives and departs every 5 minutes, while bus number N05 arrives and departs roughly every 10 minutes. The latter is a nightly version of the former. If you take bus number 5 in the direction of the city center, you may reach Park Tivoli, and if you choose the other direction, you may reach the hill Golovec. A city card called Urbana is required for a ride. The bus has a speaker that announces the name of the approaching station.
The Bavarski Dvor station is conveniently located near the railway station for those arriving by train. All the mentioned buses make a stop at that station.

TAXI - Airport.

The taxi service is at your disposal. The fare for a ride within the highway ring is usually less than 10 EUR. When you call the dispatcher, please be informed that the nearest taxi will be sent to you. Therefore, the taxi may arrive within 5 minutes and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.

The railway station is 2.5km away from the apartment.

Airport Ljubljana

There are various transportation options available to reach the airport. The most economical option is GoOpti, however, it involves sharing the ride with others. Regular taxis to the airport charge a minimum of 35EUR, while regular taxis from the airport charge a minimum of 42EUR. If you require airport transfer services, please let us know and we will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.

In the nearby area (withing 100m), there are 4 charging stations that can accommodate up to 4 electric vehicles.

Please be informed that when using the charging point, it is mandatory to display the time of arrival in the car, in a clearly visible location. Kindly note that the maximum usage duration for the charging point is limited to 3 hours.

To charge an electric vehicle, you will require your charging cable. The charging power at each socket can range from 3.7 to 22 kW (AC), depending on the type of vehicle.

To charge your vehicle, it would be beneficial to have the GREMO NA ELEKTRIKO mobile application installed.
