The property is conveniently located across the street from the Stožice Arena and the Ljubljana Football Stadium, within a short distance of less than 100 meters from a highway ring and approximately 400 meters from the Hippodrom-Stožice. It offers easy access to essential amenities, including a supermarket, hairdresser, and cafeteria, all within a 30-meter radius. Situated on the 10th floor and equipped with two elevators, the apartment boasts a beautiful view of the stadium and the mountains.

As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in a small corridor that houses a wardrobe. Guests are welcome to make use of this space to store their belongings. Within the wardrobe, you will find an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas, and other amenities. To your right, you will find a bathroom equipped with an elevated toilet and a walk-in shower featuring a movable glass wall and a shower battery capable of simulating various natural phenomena such as rain showers, streams, waterfalls, and massages. Further along the corridor, you will find the entrance to the living room.
The apartment has it’s parking spot. The card is necessary to enter the parking area below.

The Arena and the entire sports center Stožice are conveniently situated just across the street.
The bus station is roughly 20 meters away. Additionally, city bikes are available for sharing at the Arena. To rent a bike, the Urbana city card is required.
If you walk past the Arena and continue forward, you will arrive at the BTC shopping center. It is a pleasant 37-minute stroll through the park. The BTC city center offers complimentary parking all year round, including in its garages.
Not far from the apartment, in the left direction, is the Stožice Hippodrome. You might discover a lovely hiking trail along the Sava River there.

Your reservation will only be confirmed once your payment has been processed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation from us. For a faster payment confirmation, please send us a confirmation of the payment made to the company's transaction account.
Kindly be informed that we do not accept cash payments, except for the tourist tax, which must be settled in cash upon arrival. For the remaining balance, we kindly request that you make a bank transfer before your arrival. Please contact us and our team will help you with the reservation.

Full Refund 💰💸
1.) Reservations 30 days or more in advance.
Please be advised that cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of your reservation will be eligible for a full refund, minus the administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.
2.) Reservations in 15 days and up to 30 days in advance.
The guest is granted a 24-hour window to cancel their reservation. During this period, they may cancel the reservation and receive 80% back of the reservation.
3.) Special circumstances.
In the event of death, illness, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances, the guest will receive a full refund, minus any administrative costs. Which are at a maximum of 3% of the reservation.
No Refund 🚫
1.) Reservations made within a 14-day window are non-refundable.
2.) Insufficient and fraudulent documentation will result in the denial of a refund.
3.) Storytelling, complaints, attitude, and other nonsense as a way of cancellation on the site will result in no refund.

Getting 🚗 Arround ✈️.
City Bus:
There is a bus stop roughly 20 meters away. It is the final stop for bus number 20. The bus arrives and departs every 10 minutes. At the bus station, there is a machine where you can purchase a city card called Urbana. You will require this card to ride the bus. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes before you alight at the bus stop named Bavarski Dvor. It is located at the Intercontinental Hotel. The bus has a speaker that announces the name of the approaching station.
The Ljubljana railway station is conveniently located close to the bus station Bavarski Dvor.
TAXI - Airport.
The taxi service is usually available at the bus station. The fare for a ride within the highway ring is typically less than 10 EUR. When calling the dispatcher, please be informed that the closest taxi will be dispatched. Therefore, the taxi may arrive within 5 minutes and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
Airport Ljubljana
There are various transportation options available to reach the airport. The most economical option is GoOpti, however, it involves sharing the ride with others. Regular taxis to the airport charge a minimum of 35EUR, while regular taxis from the airport charge a minimum of 42EUR. If you require airport transfer services, please let us know and we will assist you in finding the most suitable solution.
